Forgot your password? Here are two options to reset your password.

Option 1. Contact us through LiveChat for your temporary password.

1. Login using your temporary password issued through chat.
2. Go to "Manage Membership"
3. Select the "Account Information" tab.
4. Input your new desired password.
5. Confirm the change in the password and you're all set.

Option 2. Forgot password option

1. Click forgot password.
2. Enter your email registered in the account and click submit.
3. You will receive a password reset email, email from [email protected]
4. Enter the username in the email, this is very specific. i.e. The verification code is 25eaa6e1f6a2a51344b6f3e0a43c3fd7, and your username is clabrador.
5. Enter the code that comes with it and click submit.
6. Nominate and confirm the new password and click submit.
7. You will be notified if the password reset was successful.
8. Login and enjoy your membership.
